Mini Rail Racking – A Smart PV Installing Selection

For roof solar project, there’s more requirements than a ground PV project, besides economical, quick, easy and flexible are also very important. To meet these demands, Mini rail solar racking system are very smart choice. DR12 Mini Rail
The length 385mm and 400mm are most popular with customers. If customers wants other length, it can be customized too.
The standard mini rail has 4 holes, if customers needs more holes, it’s ok too. The hole distance also can be customized..
The back side is glued with 2pcs EPDM pads. And there’s two kinds of solar grounding lugs for options, grounding lug-1 is to match Art Sign’s best sale aluminum solar rail – D rail series; grounding lug-2 is suitable to all kinds of rails.
There’s two kinds of solar panel clamps for this mini rail, one is fixed T bolt, the other is fixed by D nut.
To fix different thickness solar panels, Art Sign has many types of solar panel clamps for selection too.

Regarding to the screws to fix this mini rail, there’s three types for your choice, include :
● M6.3x25 self-drilling screw
● M6.3x75 self-tapping screw
● M6.3x80 wood screw.
Customers can choose the suitable screw according to their roof types.
