The East-West Facing Solar Mounting System
In the installation of solar panel framing systems, the flat roof takes up a large part. For conventional flat roof brackets, the solar modules face south. However, there are also some that, in order to make full use of sun energy, customers choose to install solar panels the east-west orientation.

Aisinee is a professional designer and manufacturer of solar PV mounting, which always developing new solar panel brackets for roof to meet the various requirements of the market.

Details as below:

The solar panels are fixed east-west facing. Front leg and rear leg can be fixed directly on concrete blocks on flat roof.

If customer do not want to damage the rooftop, they can fix the mounting system by ballast blocks as well.

Then the front leg and rear leg are fixed on R22 solar panel aluminum rail.
The steel ballast bracket is fixed to R22 rail by two pieces of ST6.3x25 self-drilling screws. And then ballast blocks on the ballast bracket.
Engineer will calculate the needed dimensions and weight of the ballast blocks to meet the strength demands.

Because of the height limitations of the front leg and rear leg, the inclination of the solar modules can only be 10 degrees, and only suitable for solar module width more than 1065mm.

Regarding to the solar module clamps, Aisinee offers many types for customers choice.
The middle solar panel clamps can be below two types, according to customers’ installation habits.

There are also different kinds of solar end clamps for selections. Customers can choose the appropriate module clamps for their installation.
